ENERGYx Scotland is a unique Electricity Industry Event for those working in or with Distribution Network Operators, Private Network Operators, Energy Transmission, and Renewable Energy companies.

Advanced Infrastructure's Co-Founder and Head of Product, Lily Cairns Haylor will be taking to the stage alongside Scottish and Southern Electricity Networks Programme Delivery Manager Tim Sammon to deliver a case study on how utilising Advanced Infrastructure's LAEP+ tool has helped accelerate local area energy planning in project RESOP (The Regional Energy System Optimisation Planning Project).

The case study will demonstrate how cross-sector stakeholders across local authorities and Distribution Network Operators can collaborate to identify prime sites for low carbon technologies, plan the local decarbonisation of transport and collaborate to plan new network connections.

Presenting and answering questions will be leading figures from the industry discussing the impact of heat decarbonisation, EV’s, and of multiple Distributed Energy Resources on the networks as well as the transition to DSO.
